At Holistic Root Collective, your time, energy, and well-being are deeply valued—and the same care goes into creating a smooth, respectful experience for all. To keep this space safe, grounded, and flowing for everyone, please take a moment to review the salon policies below.

Children 

For safety and comfort, children are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving a service. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

Late Arrivals 

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, we may need to adjust your service, there could be a longer wait, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please communicate with us if you’re running late so we can do our best to accommodate you. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment. 

No-Show Policy

To respect everyone’s time, a missed appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service due prior to booking you next appointment. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. 

Feeling sick?

For health and safety of our staff and clients, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.

Early Arrivals 

Please note that arriving early does not guarantee your appointment will start early. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding. 

Guests

To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone, we ask that you come to your appointment alone unless you’ve received prior approval to bring a guest.

Confidentiality & Privacy 

All personal information and conversations are kept strictly confidential to create a safe and respectful environment for every client. 

Payments 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
